Information on the selection of the most advantageous offers in the procedure organized by OGP Gaz-System SA for the supply of insulated steel pipes under the concluded Framework Agreement (FSRU project, procedure No. 4)
With reference to current report No. 23/2024 of May 29, 2024, the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA (Company) informs that on June 5, 2024, it received information about the selection by OGP Gaz-System SA with its registered office in Warsaw (Ordering Party), the most advantageous offers in the public procurement procedure for investment tasks entitled: POM1: "Kolnik-Gdańsk gas pipelines together with the infrastructure necessary for their operation in the Pomeranian Voivodeship"; POM2: "Construction of the DN1000 MOP 8.4 MPa Gustorzyn-Wicko gas pipeline, part 2, section Gardeja-Kolnik"; POM3: "Construction of the DN1000 MOP 8.4 MPa Gustorzyn-Wicko gas pipeline, part 1, section Gustorzyn-Gardeja". Proceedings No. 4 (executive proceedings No. 9). Procedure number: ZP/2024/04/0034/PZ. The subject of the order was divided into three parts.
According to the information received, offers submitted by the subsidiary Izostal SA (Contractor) for Parts 1 and 3 with a total value of PLN 80.3 million net, which is PLN 98.8 million gross, for the supply of insulated steel pipes with a diameter of DN1000 and a length of approximately 33 km were selected by OGP Gaz System SA as the most advantageous. The criterion for the Ordering Party to select the most advantageous offer was the total gross price of the offer - weight 95% and the origin of the product - weight 5%.
The specification of essential terms of the order provides for deliveries to be made from February 1, 2025 to August 31, 2025.
A separate agreement will be concluded for each part of the procedure. The Company will inform about the conclusion of contracts with OGP Gaz-System SA for the tasks in question in a separate current report.
The agreements in question will constitute Partial Agreements under the concluded Framework Agreement, which the Company informed about in current report No. 34/2022 of September 30, 2022.
