Conclusion of an agreement with Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. for the construction of a gas pipeline from Kalisz to Sieradz

With reference to current report No. 46/2024 dated November 26, 2024, the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA (hereinafter referred to as the Company) hereby announces that on November 29, 2024 it received information about the conclusion of an agreement between the Consortium of companies (Contractor) composed of: STF Infrastruktura Sp. z o.o. (Consortium Leader), Gascontrol Polska Sp. z o.o. (Participant 1) and Izostal SA (Participant 2), and Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o., Oddział Zakład Gazowniczy w Łodzi (Ordering Party), for the general implementation of the investment entitled: "Construction of the Kalisz-Sieradz gas pipeline" (proceeding number: 2024/WJ00/WNP-047064/88/ZL).
The value of works covered by the subject contract, aimed at constructing a DN 500 MOP 6.3 MPa gas pipeline with a length of approx. 62.10 km together with the accompanying infrastructure and a DN 500 MOP 8.4 MPa with a length of approx. 0.14 km together with a reduction station in Podzborów/Ceków-Kolonia, a reduction and measurement station Błaszki/Warta Błaszki/Warta, a shut-off and relief complex Błaszki/Warta, a node of the Sieradz shut-off and relief complex and the accompanying infrastructure amounts to PLN 218,140,500.00 gross (PLN 177,350,000 net).
In accordance with the concluded agreement, the investment implementation (final acceptance date) will take place within 25 months from the date of submission by the Ordering Party of information on the conclusion of the Co-financing Agreement.
The entities responsible on the part of the STALPROFIL SA Capital Group for the execution of construction works and supply of materials under the subject Agreement are: the consortium leader STF Infrastruktura Sp. z o.o. and the consortium participant Izostal SA Both of these companies are subsidiaries of STALPROFIL SA.
The concluded agreement should, during its implementation period, significantly increase the revenues generated by the Group in the gas transmission network infrastructure segment.
