Fixed dates for submitting periodic reports in the 2025 financial year

The Management Board of Stalprofil SA informs about the fixed dates for submitting periodic reports in the financial year 2025:

1) Quarterly reports:

- consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2025 - May 23, 2025

- consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2025 - November 25, 2025

2) Semi-annual reports:

- consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2025 along with condensed semi-annual financial statements - September 2, 2025

3) Annual reports:

- separate annual report for 2024 - April 25, 2025

- consolidated annual report for 2024 - April 25, 2025

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA in accordance with § 62 section 1 RMF declares that the Company does not intend to submit separate quarterly reports, but will submit consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information.

At the same time, the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA informs that in accordance with § 79 section 2 RMF The Company will not submit a quarterly report and a consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2024 and the second quarter of the fiscal year 2025.
