Information on transactions made by entities closely related to a person discharging managerial responsibilities

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA (hereinafter referred to as the Company) hereby announces that, pursuant to Article 19 section 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU L. of 2014, No. 173, p. 1, as amended), the Company has received notifications of transactions in respect of the Company's shares, prepared by ArcelorMittal Poland SA and ArcelorMittal Investment Management Poland Sp. z o. o., which are entities closely associated with Mr. Adam Preiss, holding the position of Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
The basis for the submitted notifications is the registration on October 31, 2024 of the division of ArcelorMittal Poland SA by separating part of the assets (including all shares of Stalprofil SA) to a newly established entity, which is ArcelorMittal Investment Management Poland Sp. z o.o. This means that on October 31, 2024, an event took place that was the basis for the transfer of the Company's shares previously held by ArcelorMittal Poland SA to ArcelorMittal Investment Management Poland Sp. z o.o.
The notifications provided by the proxy of ArcelorMittal Poland SA and ArcelorMittal Investment Management Poland Sp. z o.o. are provided by the Company in the attachment.
