Information on the selection of the most advantageous offer in the procedure organized by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. for the reconstruction of the gas network within the Łódź bypass

With reference to current report No. 26/2024 dated June 19, 2024, the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA hereby announces that on October 29, 2024 it received information made available on the Competitiveness Database Platform, that an offer with a value of PLN 134,648,100.00 gross submitted by the Consortium of companies (Contractor) composed of: STF Infrastruktura Sp. z o.o. (Consortium Leader), Gascontrol Polska Sp. z o.o. (Participant 1) and Izostal SA (Participant 2), in the procedure organized by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Tarnów (Ordering Party) for the award of the contract entitled: "Reconstruction of the gas network within the Łódź bypass", Execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a high-pressure gas pipeline DN 500 MOP 5.5 MPa with a length of approx. 26 km together with accompanying infrastructure, Procedure number: 2024/WJ00/WNP-046990/91/ZL., was selected as the most advantageous.
The specification of essential terms of the contract provides for the construction of a DN 500 gas pipeline with a length of approx. 26 km together with the accompanying infrastructure by 30/11/2028.
The consortium leader, STF Infrastruktura Sp. z o.o., and the consortium participant, Izostal SA, are subsidiaries of Stalprofil SA.
The Company will inform about the signing of the agreement with the Ordering Party in a separate current report.
