Information on the selection of the offer of STALPROFIL SA as the most advantageous in the procedure organized by OGP Gaz-System SA for the construction of the DN 1000 Gustorzyn-Wicko gas pipeline, POM 2, section Gardeja-Kolnik

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA (Company, Contractor) hereby notifies that on October 16, 2024, it received information about the selection by OGP Gaz-System SA with its registered office in Warsaw (Ordering Party) of the offer submitted by the Company in a public procedure conducted in an open tender mode for the implementation of the investment entitled Construction of the DN 1000 MOP 8.4 MPa gas pipeline Gustorzyn-Wicko, POM 2 Section Gardeja-Kolnik.
The offer submitted by the Company with a value of PLN 288,108,108.10 gross obtained the highest number of points, i.e. 100 points, and was deemed the most advantageous offer on the basis of the offer evaluation criterion specified in the SWZ (total gross price of the offer weighted 100%).
The specification of essential terms of the order (SWZ) provides for the construction of a DN 1000 gas pipeline with a length of approx. 88 km together with accompanying infrastructure within 25 months from the date of signing the agreement. The Company will inform about the signing of the agreement with the Ordering Party in a separate current report.
