Registration of changes to the Company's Statute

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA (the Company) hereby informs that on September 26, 2024, the District Court of Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, registered changes to the Company's Statute, adopted by Resolution No. 3 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company of August 28, 2024.
The content of the amended or new provisions of the Statute of STALPROFIL SA constitutes an annex to this report.
Moreover, in the attachment to this report, the Management Board of the Company provides the consolidated text of the Company's Statute, taking into account any amendments thereto.
