Appointment of a Member of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL SA

On May 23, 2024, the Ordinary General Meeting of "STALPROFIL" SA appointed Mr. Adam Preiss as a member of the Supervisory Board of "STALPROFIL" SA, for the duration of the joint term of office of the current Supervisory Board, lasting in the financial years 2020 - 2024.

A person appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board does not conduct any activity competitive to the company "STALPROFIL" SA and does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a competitive capital company or a member of a body of any competitive legal person.
