Adoption of a resolution by the Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA regarding the payment of dividend for 2023

Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL S.A. on May 23, 2024, adopted a resolution on the distribution of net profit for 2023, including the payment of dividend to the Company's shareholders.

Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL S.A. allocated the amount of PLN 5,250,000.00 as a dividend to the Company's shareholders, which gives PLN 0.30 dividend for each share.

All 17,500,000 shares issued by the Company will be subject to dividend. Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL S.A. decided that the date of determining the right to dividend will be August 21, 2024, and the dividend payment date will be September 11, 2024.
