Appointment of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL SA for the next term of office

On 25 June 2020, in connection with the expiry of the term of office of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL SA, the Annual General Meeting of the Company appointed for the next five-year term of office, lasting in the financial years 2020-2024, a Supervisory Board composed of the following seven members:
1) Stefan Dzienniak
2) Jerzy Goiński
3) Krzysztof Lis
4) Andrzej Młynarczyk
5) Henryk Szczepaniak
6) Tomasz Ślęzak
7) Jacek Zub
Information on the qualifications and description of the professional career of the newly appointed members of the Supervisory Board together with the information specified in §10 point 5) and 6) RMF are included in the annex to this report.
