Adoption of a resolution by the Annual General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA on the payment of dividend for 2019

On 25 June 2020, the Annual General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA adopted a resolution on the distribution of net profit for 2019, including the payment of dividend to the Company's shareholders.
The Annual General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA allocated PLN 1,225,000.00 for dividend to the Company's shareholders, which gives PLN 0.07 of dividend per share. All shares issued by the Company in the amount of 17,500,000 will be covered by the dividend. The Annual General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA decided that the dividend record date will be 24 September 2020, while the dividend will be paid on 15 October 2020.
