Selection of the offer submitted by the consortium of the following companies: STALPROFIL S.A. and IZOSTAL S.A. as the most advantageous in the scope of deliveries of insulated DN700 steel pipes to OGP Gaz-System S.A.

With reference to current report 8/2019 dated 28 February 2019, the Management Board of STALPROFIL S.A. informs that on 6 March 2019 it received information about the selection by OGP Gaz-System S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the Employer) of the offer submitted by the subsidiary Izostal S.A., on behalf of the Consortium of the following companies: Izostal S.A. (Consortium Leader) and STALPROFIL S.A. (Consortium Member), as the most advantageous in the proceedings for the award of a public contract for the supply of insulated steel pipes for the investment task carried out by OGP Gaz-System S.A. - the DN700 gas pipeline Poland-Lithuania, order 2 with a length of about 72 km.
As part of the Consortium, the Leader of the Consortium - Izostal S.A. is responsible for the production and supply of the above-mentioned steel pipes to OGP Gaz-System S.A. The value of the offer submitted by the Leader of the Consortium is PLN 65,360 thousand net (PLN 80,393 thousand gross). The specification of the essential terms of the contract provides for delivery from 1 January 2020 to 31 July 2020.
The conclusion of contracts with the OGP Gaz-System S.A. for these deliveries of STALPROFIL S.A. will be announced in a separate current report.
