Information on the opening by OGP Gaz-System S.A. of offers for the construction of the Pogórska Wola - Tworzeń gas pipeline with associated facilities and infrastructure necessary for its operation, divided into three parts

The Management Board of STALPROFIL S.A. announces that on 8 March 2019, after opening offers submitted in the public procurement procedure for the execution of construction works for the investment named "Construction of the Pogórska Wola - Tworzeń DN1000 MOP 8.4 MPa gas pipeline with accompanying facilities and the infrastructure necessary for its operation, divided into three parts", was informed that:
1. The offer with a net value of PLN 272,898,786.14 to part no. 1 - "Construction of the Pogórska Wola gas pipeline - DN1000 MOP 8.4 MPa gas pipeline with associated facilities and infrastructure necessary for its operation, section 1: Pogórska Wola - Pałecznica" about 78 km long proved to be the best price. The investment should be implemented within 28 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
2. The offer with a net value of PLN 141,000,000.00 submitted for lot no 2 - "Construction of the Pogórska Wola gas pipeline - DN500 MOP 8,4 MPa gas pipeline with associated facilities and infrastructure necessary for its operation, section 2: Pałecznica - Braciejówka", of the length of about 56 km, turned out to be the best price, and the investment should be completed within 28 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
The official (written) confirmation of the selection of the best offer submitted in the aforementioned tender procedure, OGP Gaz-System S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (Ordering Party) will verify all formal requirements of submitted bids, which the Company will promptly inform in a separate current report.
