Information about the death of a Member of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL SA

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA with deep regret informs that on October 14, 2022, the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, Mr. Andrzej Młynarczyk, died. Mr. Andrzej Młynarczyk has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company and the Chairman of the Audit Committee since September 29, 2017.
The Management Board of the Company also informs that, in accordance with the Articles of Association, the Supervisory Board may continue to function in a reduced composition until its composition is supplemented at the next General Meeting.
