Registration of amendments to the Statutes of a Joint Stock Company

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA (the Company) informs that on October 13, 2022, the District Court Katowice - Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, registered the amendments to the Statutes of the Company, adopted by Resolution No. 3/2022 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company of August 4 2022. The content of the changed or new provisions of the Statute of STALPROFIL SA is attached to this report.

Moreover, in the attachment to this report, the Management Board of the Company provides the uniform text of Statutes, reflecting its amendments.
