Appointment of a Member of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL SA

On January 31, 2022, the Extraordinary General Meeting of "STALPROFIL" SA appointed Mr. Lech Majchrzak to the Supervisory Board of "STALPROFIL" SA for the term of office of the current Supervisory Board, i.e. until the date of the general meeting approving the financial statements of the Company for the financial year 2024.
Mr. Lech Majchrzak does not conduct any activity competitive to the company "STALPROFIL" SA and does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a competitive capital company or a member of any competitive legal person. Mr. Lech Majchrzak is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the act on the National Court Register.
