Information on submitting the most advantageous offer in the procedure organized by OGP Gaz-System SA for the construction of the DN500 gas pipeline on the Oświęcim-Szopienice-Tworzeń route

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA (Company, Contractor) hereby notifies that on November 19, 2024 it received information on the result of the opening by OGP Gaz-System SA (Ordering Party) of offers submitted in the public procurement procedure entitled: Construction of a DN500 MOP 5.5 MPa gas pipeline on the Oświęcim-Szopienice-Tworzeń route, on the section from Łąkowa Street in Imielin to ZZU KZ0505 in Mysłowice with a length of approx. 3 km - construction works. Procedure number: ZP/2024/07/0060/SWI.
According to the information provided by the Ordering Party on the purchasing platform, the offer submitted by STALPROFIL SA with a value of PLN 27,333,333.33 gross turned out to be the most advantageous.
The specification of essential terms of the order provides for the construction of the above-mentioned gas pipeline within 24 months from the date of signing the agreement between the Contractor and the Ordering Party.
The Company will inform in separate current reports about receiving official information about selecting the above offer as the most advantageous and about signing the agreement with the Ordering Party.
