Conclusion of an agreement with OGP Gaz-System SA for the construction of the DN700 gas pipeline on the Wężerów-Przewóz route

In reference to current report no. 27/2024 of June 25, 2024, the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA (hereinafter referred to as the Company) hereby notifies that on August 5, 2024, an agreement was concluded between the Consortium of companies: STF Infrastruktura Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Zabrze and STALPROFIL SA with its registered office in Dąbrowa Górnicza (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor), and OGP Gaz-System SA with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party) for the general implementation of the investment project entitled: "Construction of a high-pressure gas pipeline DN 700 MOP 8.4 MPa on the Wężerów-Przewóz route, together with accompanying infrastructure", reference number ZP/2024/02/0005/TAR.
The value of works covered by the agreement in question, aimed at constructing a DN 700 gas pipeline with a length of approx. 44 km together with accompanying infrastructure, amounts to PLN 163,900,000.00 net. According to the agreement, the investment implementation (final acceptance date) will take place within 18 months from the date of its conclusion.
The consortium leader, STF Infrastruktura Sp. z o.o., is a subsidiary of Stalprofil SA.
The concluded agreement should, during its implementation period, significantly increase the revenues generated by the Group in the gas transmission network infrastructure segment.
