Information on the selection of the most advantageous offer in the procedure organized by OGP Gaz-System SA for the construction of the DN 700 gas pipeline on the Wężerów-Przewóz route

With reference to current report No. 13/2024 of May 7, 2024, the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA (Company) informs that on June 25, 2024, it received information that an offer worth PLN 163,900,000.00 net, submitted by the Consortium of companies: STF Infrastruktura Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Zabrze and STALPROFIL SA with its registered office in Dąbrowa Górnicza, in the public procurement procedure conducted in an open tender for the execution of the task entitled: "Construction of a high-pressure gas pipeline DN 700 MOP 8.4 MPa on the Wężerów-Przewóz route with accompanying infrastructure", was selected by OGP Gaz-System SA based in Warsaw (Ordering Party) as the most advantageous one.
The consortium leader, STF Infrastruktura Sp. z o.o., is a subsidiary of Stalprofil SA.
The specification of essential terms of the contract provides for the construction of a DN 700 gas pipeline with a length of approximately 44 km, together with the accompanying infrastructure, within 18 months from the date of signing the contract.
The Company will inform about the signing of the agreement with the Ordering Party in a separate current report.
