Information about the submission by the subsidiary Izostal SA of the most advantageous offer for the supply of DN700 insulated steel pipes for the construction of the Wężerów-Przewóz gas pipeline

On January 15, 2024, the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA received information about the result of opening by the Gas Transmission Operator Gaz-System SA (Orderer) of offers submitted in the public procurement procedure for the investment task entitled: "Supply of steel pipes for the implementation of the DN700 MOP 8.4 MPa gas pipeline Wężerów-Przewóz with accompanying infrastructure (proceeding divided into 4 parts)", procedure number: ZP/2023/11/0108/PZ.
This procedure was carried out under the Framework Agreement, which the Company informed about in current report No. 34/2022 of September 30, 2022.
According to the information available on the OGP Gaz-System SA Purchasing Platform, the offer submitted by the subsidiary Izostal SA for part 1 of the above-mentioned investment task, worth PLN 31.2 million net, which is PLN 38.4 million gross, turned out to be the most advantageous.
The specification of essential terms of the order provides for the delivery of insulated steel pipes with a diameter of DN700 with a total length of approximately 16 km from August 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
The Company will inform about receiving official information about the selection of Izostal SA's offer as the most advantageous one in a separate current report.
