Recommendation of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL SA regarding the amount of dividend for 2023

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA informs that on April 25, 2024, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution to express an opinion on the Management Board's application to the Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA regarding the distribution of profit for the financial year 2023.
The Supervisory Board issued a positive opinion on the Management Board's proposal regarding the distribution of profit for 2023, including the allocation of PLN 5,250,000.00 (five million two hundred fifty thousand PLN) as a dividend to the Company's shareholders, which gives PLN 0.30 of dividend for each share. The proposal concerns covering all 17,500,000 shares issued by the Company with dividends.
By the date proposed by the Management Board for determining the right to dividend, which falls on August 21, 2024, and the dividend payment date of September 11, 2024, The Supervisory Board did not raise any objections.
