Draft resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Stalprofil SA

The Board of Stalprofil SA encloses the draft resolutions which will be on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of Stalprofil S.A., held on 6 May 2016. All draft resolutions have been positively assessed by the Supervisory Board of Stalprofil S.A.
The Management Board encloses the report of the Supervisory Board, adopted at its meeting on 8 April 2016, which will be presented at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
