Recommendation of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL SA regarding the amount of dividend for 2022

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA informs that on April 27, 2023, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on issuing an opinion on the motion of the Management Board to the Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA regarding the distribution of profit for the financial year 2022.
The Supervisory Board gave a positive opinion to the Management Board's proposal regarding the distribution of profit for 2022, including the allocation of PLN 12,950,000.00 to the dividend for the Company's shareholders, which gives PLN 0.74 dividend per share.
The proposal concerns the inclusion in the dividend of all shares issued by the Company in the amount of 17,500,000.
The deadline for establishing the right to dividend, as proposed by the Management Board, is August 23, 2023, and the dividend payment date on September 13, 2023. The Supervisory Board raised no objections.
