Recommendation of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL SA regarding the 2019 profit distribution proposal

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA informs that on 17 April 2020 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on giving opinion on the Management Board's proposal to the Annual General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA regarding the distribution of profit for the financial year 2019.
The Supervisory Board expressed a positive opinion on the Management Board's proposal, according to which the Management Board requests the Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA to allocate the Company's net profit for 2019 in the amount of PLN 11,120,698.25, entirely to the Company's capital reserve.
