Resignation of a Member of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL SA

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA informs that on March 24, 2023, the Company received a statement from the Member of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Lech Majchrzak, on resignation from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board as of the date of the next General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA.
