Information on the submission by the subsidiary Izostal SA of the most advantageous offer for the supply of insulated steel pipes DN1000 under the framework agreement concluded with OGP Gaz-System SA

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA informs that on April 12, 2021, after the opening by OGP Gaz-System SA of the offers submitted in the public procurement procedure for the supply of insulated steel pipes DN1000 with a length of about 75 km, for the investment project Gas Pipeline Gustorzyn-Wronów order 1, under the Framework Agreement, about which the Company informed in the current report No. 29/2019 of August 16, 2019, it received information that the offer submitted by the subsidiary Izostal SA worth PLN 169.7 million net, which is 208,7 PLN million gross, turned out to be the most advantageous.
The specification of essential terms of the contract provides for the delivery of deliveries from October 15, 2021 to April 30, 2022.
The Company will announce the receipt of official information on the selection of the offer by Izostal SA as the most advantageous in a separate current report.
