Dismissal of a member of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL SA

On November 24, 2022, the Extraordinary General Meeting of "STALPROFIL" SA dismissed Mr. Henryk Szczepaniak from the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of "STALPROFIL" SA. Until now, Mr. Henryk Szczepaniak was also a member of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
The resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting did not specify the reasons for dismissing Mr. Henryk Szczepaniak from his function.
