Dates of publication of financial reports in 2022

The Management Board of Stalprofil SA informs about fixed dates of publication of financial reports in 2022:
1) Quarterly reports
- consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2022 - 27.05.2022
- consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2022 - 25.11.2022
2) Half-year reports
- consolidated half-year report for the first half-year of 2022 including shortened half-year financial statement - 02.09.2022
3) Annual reports
- standalone annual report for 2021 - 29.04.2022
- consolidated annual report for 2021 - 29.04.2022
According to § 62 cl. 1 of RMF the Company will not publish separate quarterly reports but consolidated quarterly reports inluding quarterly financial information.
The Management Board declares that, pursuant to § 79 cl. 2 RMF, the Company will not publish quarterly report and consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2021 and the second quarter of 2022.
