Determining the content of the Statute of STALPROFIL S.A.

The Board of STALPROFIL S.A. informs that on 24 November 2016 the Supervisory Board adopted a resolution on the content of the consolidated text of the Statute of the Company. The present resolution will enter into force on the date of registration by the Court of Registration of Resolution No. 3 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL S.A. dated October 14, 2016 in the matter: merger of STALPROFIL S.A. with ZRUG Zabrze S.A. seated in Zabrze and amendments to the Statute of STALPROFIL S.A.
