Adoption of a resolution by the Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA on the payment of dividends for 2021

The Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA on May 26, 2022 adopted a resolution on the distribution of net profit for 2021, including the payment of dividends to the Company's shareholders.
The Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA allocated PLN 21,000,000.00 as a dividend to the Company's shareholders, which gives PLN 1.20 of dividends per share. All shares issued by the Company in the amount of 17,500,000 will be covered by the dividend. The Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA decided that the date of establishing the right to dividend will be August 24, 2022, and the dividend payment date will be September 14, 2022.
