Recommendation of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL SA regarding the proposed profit distribution for 2020

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA informs that on April 28, 2021, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on the opinion of the Management Board's motion to the Annual General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA regarding the distribution of profit for the financial year 2020.
The Supervisory Board issued a positive opinion on the Management Board's proposal for the distribution of profit for 2020, including the allocation of PLN 2,800,000 to dividends for the Company's shareholders, which gives PLN 0.16 (sixteen groszy) of dividends per share.
The Supervisory Board did not raise any objections to the date of establishing the right to dividend proposed by the Management Board, falling on August 24, 2021, and the dividend payment date on September 14, 2021.
