Information on the death of a Member of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL SA

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA informs with deep regret that on January 1, 2022, Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, Mr. Jerzy Goiński, died. Mr. Jerzy Goiński was a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company continuously since November 26, 2006.
The Management Board of the Company also informs that, in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association, the Supervisory Board may continue to function in a reduced composition until its composition is supplemented at the next General Meeting.
