Dates of publication of financial reports in 2020

Management Board of Stalprofil SA informs about fixed dates of publication of financial reports in 2020:
1) Quarterly reports
- consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2020 - 22.05.2020
- consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2020 - 20.11.2020
2) Half-year reports
- consolidated half-year report for the first half-year of 2020 including shortened half-year financial statement - 07.09.2020
3) Annual reports
- standalone annual report for 2019 - 20.04.2020
- consolidated annual report for 2019 - 20.04.2020
According to § 83 cl. 1 of Regulation of the Minister of Finance the Company will not publish separate quarterly reports but consolidated quarterly reports inluding quarterly financial information.
The Management Board declares that, pursuant to § 79 cl. 2 RMF, the Company will not publish quarterly report and consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2019 and the second quarter of 2020.
