Signing of the final acceptance of the pipeline DN700 Szczecin-Gdańsk, Phase II-IV

On 9 October 2015 the subsidiary ZRUG Zabrze S.A., as leader of a consortium of companies, composed of ZRUG Zabrze S.A. (consortium leader) and Stalprofil S.A. (consortium member), signed with OPG Gaz-System SA with its registered seat in Warsaw protocol of final acceptance of Phase IV of the pipeline DN700 Szczecin-Gdańsk: Phase II Karlino-Koszalin, Phasee III Koszalin-Słupsk and Phase IV Słupsk-Wiczlino.
Final acceptance made by the committee for receiving the confirmed execution of the last, fourth stage of the pipeline DN700 Szczecin-Gdańsk, section Słupsk-Wiczlino, under the agreement and documentation of building took place after having carried out technical commissioning and after obtaining permission to use this section of the pipeline.
Final acceptance (according to the agreement - receiving partial) for Phase II - DN700 pipeline Karlino-Koszalin and for Phase III - pipeline DN700 Koszalin-Słupsk took place at an earlier date (July 24th, 2015).
